Introduction
This guide shows how to copy an image back to the Media Manager for reuse.
The Media Manager is designed for uploading images across the site. If you’d like to reuse an image in a different step, a different guide, in a wiki, or even in your profile without uploading it multiple times–copy it back to the Media Manager.

Once you add an image to a step, it can be copied back to your media manager for reuse.

After you add the image to the step, hover over the image and click on the Edit icon that appears in the lower-right corner of the image.

On the list of options, click Copy.

The image will be added back to your media manager.

Hover over the image, and a menu will display in the top left corner.

You now have the option to:

View the original image that was uploaded.

Copy the image to your media manager.

View image metadata.
