Step Lines

[* black] Glare occurs when too much light is reflected into your camera off of the object in your picture. Identify the source of light causing the glare and adjust or eliminate it.
- [* icon_note] Remember to adjust glare from the view through the camera. Glare will appear differently depending on the location relative to the light source.
-[* black] In the pictures from the previous step, there is a large glare on the upper right corner of the screen. This glare was eliminated by raising the right front light in our studio. This changed the angle that the light reflected off the screen so that it didn't go straight into the camera lens.
-[* black] The glare on the bottom of the screen was caused by the reflection of light off of our studio table. Placing a large sheet of black poster paper to prevent reflection solved the issue. This method can be used to block reflections off any surface not in the picture. Just make sure that the paper remains out of the shot.
+ [* icon_note] Remember to look through the camera's viewfinder periodically when adjusting the position of your lights. Glare will appear in different spots depending on the angle you're looking from.
+[* black] Raising that pesky front lamp eliminated the glare on the LCD, but we were still left with a blown out logo due to the reflection of our own white table.
