[* red] Edit the Filename by clicking in the ***filename field*** and entering the desired file.
- [* orange] Click ***Submit*** to save your changes.
-[* yellow] Upload a new or different version of the file by clicking on ***the file icon*** to open the media manager and upload the new version to the site.
+[* orange] Click ***Submit*** to save your changes.
+[* yellow] To upload a new file or different version of the existing file, click the file icon which will open the Media Manager. Now you can upload the new file or a new version of the existing.
[* green] Click ***Submit*** to save your new version.
