How to View iFixit in Multiple Languages

Introduction

Use this guide to view iFixit's interface and repair content in different languages.

The language menu controls the interface language and which content-language versions appear. A guide or wiki can have a source version, a community translation, or a clearly labelled automated translation. Browser translation is a separate feature provided by your browser.

1. Step 1 How to View iFixit in Multiple Languages
  Click the globe icon to expand a Language Menu in the header.
  
  This opens a location and language selection interface. You can view iFixit in different languages and shop in the stores for different regions.

3. Step 2
  Select your desired language anf location.
  
  For the purpose of this example, the site will be translated into Spanish, and we will select the Spanish store.
  
  The site interface is now in the selected language.
  
  This applies to the interface language on the entire site.

4. Step 3
  If iFixit doesn't offer the language you need, your browser may be able to translate the page.
  
  Browser translation is separate from an iFixit language version. Browser controls vary, so check your browser's language or translation settings.
  
  Browser translations may contain errors. Check warnings, quantities, directions, and technical terms against the source before following repair instructions.
