How to Add a Comment on a Guide
The foundation for any good manual is clear and effective step-by-step documentation. This page helps you understand how to use your guides to best share your repair knowledge.
Favoriting a Guide
You have the option to Favorite guides that you come across. This is helpful if you have to take a break in the middle of your repair and you'd like to get back to it quickly. The favorited guides will appear on your user profile for easy access.
Leaving guide comments gives you the opportunity to ask questions, suggest improvements, or share your appreciation with the author of the guide.

Moderating Guide Comments
There are four ways to moderate a comment: deleting, voting to remove it because it’s a duplicate or off topic, voting to remove it because it’s spam or offensive, and voting to change it into a question. To moderate a comment, begin by hovering over the name of the person who posted the comment and the date it was posted. To the right of this information, you’ll see two buttons, Delete and Actions.
If you want to delete the comment, click on the “Delete” link.
If you want to either vote to mark the comment as spam/offensive or vote to turn the comment into a question, click on the “Actions” link. A pop up will appear with your three options:
These votes will go into the moderation queue to be voted on by the rest of the community.
